Duties
The senior advisor will effectively carry out a leading role in strengthening the organization leadership, management and governance. This position will report to the chief party and work collaboratively with the members’ of the senior management to achieve the desired goal.
This senior advisor will lead design of assessment methodology and tools in the domain of organization development. Should lead and design capacity –building materials, contractual, administrative, finance and governance issues that need strengthening

Qualifications
• 5 years experience in building capacity of public or private sector organizations
• Should have knowledge in US -government funded health projects
• Must have skills in program planning, facilitation, assessment and training
