Davis and Shritliff specialize in water pump equipment supplies and have over three hundred employees. Currently it needs to employ a well experienced and qualified knowledge manager. He or she will be responsible for implementation of training and development programmers’ for staff and customers. The successful candidate will report to the Human resource manager and the administrator. However, will be required to work closely with divisional line managers
Academic qualifications
- A bachelor degree
- 5 years experience in training or in academic field
- Not more than 35 years of age.
- An added advantage will be to those who with masters or post graduate diploma
Duties
- Organize, plan, develop and direct all training with the corporate
- Facilitate all job training for employees.
- Carry out training analysis and develop responsive training programmes including e-learning
