Most important
and key responsibilities
Be able to seek
sponsorship and fundraise for events.
Carry out
survey for quality and suitable events
Carry out the
duties of contracts drawing and Budgets
Develop
proposals for fundraise or sponsorship and implementing projects relating to
events and other audience building activities
Plan events in
liaison with identified suppliers to meet contractual obligations
Oversee the
representation of a positive organization image at all time; in public,
clients, stakeholders and the community.
Be able to
approach new clients and convert enquirers from potential clients to sales and
contract facilitation
Educational requirement
Have at least
three years experience in an event management company in related field.
Bachelor’s or
masters degree in marketing and communication or related field
Have a proven
record and existing network in the entertainment industry.
Will spear head
and be a strong team leader
People
management skills and be comfortable dealing with senior management executives
in multinational organizations
