KCC head of sales and Marketing and procurement officer

The new Kenya cooperative Creameries wishes to recruit dynamic and result driven professional to fill the following positions
Head of Sales and Marketing                                             
Responsibilities
  • Be a leader and monitor all sale and marketing functions
  • Ensure customer satisfactions through regular contact and timely issue resolutions
  • Monitor all our competitor activities thus including company’s product performance in the market and then advise the management
  • Ensure profitability through correct pricing policies and develop an effective pricing strategy to
  • Be there for departmental budget as well as departmental procurement plan
  • Oversee all external advertising, promotions and marketing research agencies engaged to implement strategies
  • Lead regular review of sales and marketing to guarantee the business a competitive advantage
  • Enhance business revenue profitability and create our own market niche
  • Motivate all sales and marketing team
Education qualifications 



  • Bachelor degree in marketing or in a similar field 
  • Masters degree is also relevant
  • 7 to 8 years relevant experience with 3 years in a senior management position
  • Excellent leadership skills and management capability
  • Excellent presentation skills and coordination
  • Member of a professional body such as marketing society of Kenya
  • Have knowledge in management information systems
Procurement Manager
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all regulations that are stipulated under procurement are followed
  • Be a leader by guiding in all aspects of procurement
  • Co-ordinate the procurement process for all the goods and services
  • Source for contracts with suppliers
  • Formulate and implement all procurement strategies
Education requirement 


  • Bachelor degree in procurement or a business related degree
  • Experience in tender preparation
  • A diploma in CIPS
  • Computer skills required
  • 9 years experience in a busy procurement environment with at least 3 years at a senior management level
  • Negotiation and communication skills are essential
  • Member of a professional body
  • Added advantage for those with E- procurement
