General Manager (ESP) Factory
The general manager will report to the managing director so as to provide overall leadership and over see all operations in the factory. Will also be involved in fostering corporate culture and promote corporate ethics and good governance. The key roles will be coordinating, planning and planning organizational material and human resource of the factory to maintain customer relations. Execute commercial contracts and will ensure that the facility operates within the approved budget.
Requirement
- Bachelor of Arts degree in social Sciences, Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent degree
- Computer literate
- Should demonstrate management and planning skills
- 10 years experience in a relevant field or in management of a business enterprise with five years at a senior position
- Effective leader with good communication and interpersonal skills
- An added advantage will be to those who will have a master’s degree in business administration
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities
- Prepare quantities and tender documents including bills
- Conduct project feasibility studies and prepare reports
- Prepare and plan all financial accounts
- Asses tenders and prepare tender reports
- Supervision of construction works and advises the chief quantity surveyor
Requirement
- A bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or building economics
- Nine years post graduate experience in quantity survey at a busy industry
- Computer literate and a team player
