A state corporation whose mission is to effectively carry out trade in quality products and services to ensure balance of supply and demand in the country’s distribution network while promoting and growing wholesale and retail trades is seeking for qualified individuals for the following vacant positions: legal clerk, marketing assistance and maintenance artisan
Legal Clerk HR/011
Responsibilities and duties
  • Offer administrative support to the legal department
  • Draft reports on court matters affecting the company
  • Draft contracts, lease, court pleadings and other legal instruments
  • Maintain and safe keeping of company documents
Qualifications required
  • Diploma in law
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Minimum of three years experience in a legal firm
  • Pay attention to details
  • Age between 25 to 30 years
Maintenance Artisan HR/013
The candidate will ensure the general maintenance of the corporation assets and buildings is performed timely and effectively
Responsibilities

  • Repair all corporate assets thus including doors, floor, partitioning of offices and others
  • Supervise all the plumbing fittings and painting of corporate buildings
  • Supervise external contracts as per specifications
Qualifications required
  • Kenya certificate of secondary education
  • Artisan grade certificate
  • Three years experience in a similar field
  • Self driven person with team building skills
  • Diploma in building and construction
  • Age 27 to 35 years
Marketing Assistance HR/012
The candidate shall give administrative support to the sales and marketing departments
Responsibilities
  • Maintain all the updates and records in the departments
  • Get involved in departmental administrative assignments
  • Monitor all sales and marketing reports, organize meetings and take minutes
  • Be of assistance during seminars, trade fair and shows
  • Help in writing and editing all the sales and marketing presentations
Qualifications required
  • Diploma in sales and marketing
  • Good in computers
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • 3 years experience in a similar environment
  • Accuracy and pays attention to details
  • Age between 25 to 30 years
