It is a manufacturing company and it is located along Mombasa road in Nairobi. The company is currently indeed of a Maintenance supervisor. Applicants are therefore invited for the mentioned position.
Personal profile
- Can be able to prepare and maintain tight Maintenance Budget
- He or she should be ready to learn quickly, be resourceful, productive, goal oriented and safety conscious
- Should have excellent leadership skills and be a great team leader
- Be able to do root cause analysis and carry out all the trouble shooting processes
- Be able to rate that is prioritize, plan, organize, schedule and supervise
- Should be able to motivate, train, instruct and also be the disciplinary master of 30 technicians
- Have some experience is TPM and CMMS
- Should have knowledge in ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 22000: 2005 and ISO 14001: 2004
Educational qualifications and experience
Should have at least 10 years of experience in a supervisory role with hands on experience in a full set up production
Higher National Diploma in electrical or Maintenance Engineering Minimum
