Methodist church in Kenya intends to construct to accommodate the head office operations of the church along Oloitokitok road Nairobi. The works comprises of a three- storey reinforced concrete building with basement, together with associate mechanical, electrical and civil works
For the church to meet the above objective we are looking to employ a clerk of works.
Qualifications
- Diploma in civil engineering or building construction
- Excellent knowledge in construction, site supervision and control of construction works
- An experience of five years in similar works
- Well equipped with knowledge in construction procedures and regulations
- A positive team player with result oriented
- Available to take this position with immediate effect
- Make sure that the project will end in accordance with the stipulated time
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
