Duties and responsibilities

• Be the overall coordinator of the GFATM work plan, including quarterly  spending projects, programmatic  budgeting, carry out monthly spend review and more so monitor payments to be inline with government and global fund regulations and policies
• Implement appropriate capacity building activities based on routine assessment in order to improve management
• Coordinate implementation of relevant GFTAM inspector general audits
• Comply with the reporting schedules and timelines for all reports and assist program staff where necessary for the development of accurate reports
• Work with all the partners in response to GFTAM requirements
• Perform any other activities as may be assigned by head of the Division
