Conference: e- Learning Africa 2012 conference

This is the largest gathering of top and high level policy makers, practitioners and decision makers from the fields of Education, Government and Business. E – Learning Africa is the key conference that seeks to network and develop E- learning in the Africa Continent. Next years E- learning Africa 2012 will take place from 23rd to 25th may 2012.
The conference will take place in Cotonou, Benin. This country has a great and rich culture when it comes to education achievement and Heritage. The country has been on top in the education sector for the decade or so. 

The conference will be focusing on key features such as suitability of E – learning, it will also explore creative ways in which development can be impacted by E – learning and help to come up with a suitable and well built future. Other key issues to be discussed on this conference will include: 

  • Infrastructure and suitable technologies
  • E- Learning for sustainable communities
  • E - Learning and sustainable resources
  • Society and culture and also
  • Suitable economy 


This conference is open to all and a must to all those who want to find out more about (ICT) information communication and technology for training, development and education in Africa. Being the largest gathering of e- learning and ICT supported all the participants are able to develop Multinational and cross – industry contact, expertise and enhance their knowledge including abilities.  

The main languages used during the conference will be English, French and Portuguese. It will also include plenary sessions with world class experts, special focus sessions and presentation. On top of this there will be debates and discussions on specific topics as well as informal networking opportunities, where all the participants can share their experiences, information, ideas and perspectives
It has also an exhibition and demonstration area, for exhibitors to showcase their latest services including products thus include places where they can too hold meetings with important decision makers within the Africa education and training community.
