Lewa wildlife conservancy based in Isiolo Kenya, is a non- profit organization which works as a catalyst for the conservation of wildlife and its habitat. Currently we are looking for a highly self motivated and innovative donor relations manager with a commitment for excellence so as to enhance our conservation marketing department.

Responsibilities
- Will be reporting to the chief executive officer
- Will be responsible for all the donor relations and management
- Offer the required support to the Lewa staff in Kenya, in the United State and other lewa affiliates overseas so as to improve donor relations, with the ultimate goal of increasing fundraising thus including acting as a primary point of contacts for lewas overseas fundraisers with lewa in Kenya
- Coordinate all the entire programmes, track grants, proposals, correspondence and reporting
- Explore new avenues of donor support
Qualifications
- Be a holder of masters of business administrations
- Possess excellent both written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, editing, analytical as well as the ability to effectively report on multiple projects simultaneously
- Can meet all the required deadlines
- Excellent presentation skills
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Experience with budget preparation and implementation of grant initiatives
- Experience of working in international environments will be an asset
- 5 years experience in donor relations, proposals and report writing
