Oserian Development Company limited is a leading exporter and grower of fresh cut flowers in Kenya. The company is looking for a professional to fill the position of an assistance QC /QA manager (technical). The ideal candidate must have high level of integrity
Location: Naivasha
Responsibilities
- Make sure all the flowers leaving the oserian warehouse to various market places measure up to the required quality standards
- Offer assistance in compliance with technical and customer specification
- Liaise with all other departments to make sure correct specifications of quality materials are obtained
- Maintain and update formalized systems, also assist in training and updating records
- Help in managing of departmental operational costs within the set limits of the budget
- Come up with new management systems and continually improve on the same among other responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or horticulture
- Five years experience and a Diploma holder will be considerable
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Those who will have knowledge in information system management will have and added advantage
- Good understanding of European quality standards
- Experience and trained in quality management systems
- 3 t0 5 years experience

- Analytical skills and strong statistical, numerical skills
