Location: company’s head offices Nairobi
Customer care /public relation manager
Responsibilities
  • Report to the General Manager
  • Steer the development, panning and implementing of customer care and public relations strategies
  • Enhance the company’s reputation 
Qualifications 
  • Certificate in marketing will be a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Six years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field and professional qualifications
