Responsibilities
- Provide strategic directions for the organization, its values and programmes
- Can build and lead a team of highly motivated staff.
- Must have a passion of working in a coffee industry
- Strong management skills
- A leader who can coach, mentor and develop staff
Qualifications
- Proven experience in both program and supply chain management
- Proven records of relating to implementation of coffee initiatives
- Experience both in and outside East Africa
- Graduate preferably in supply chain management or relevant
