Main activities
- Will be reporting to the production manager
- Will be part of planning factory and field operations
- Make sure that all the tasks assigned are well carried out according to standards and specifications
- Carry out disciplinary matters are well handled and promptly
- Supervise the head person’s assignments; and compile and present daily work reports to the management
- Make sure health and safety matters are well observed by enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Educational qualifications
- An agricultural degree from a relevant university
- Age 25 and above
- At least three years experience
- Have knowledge in safety and health matters
- Have experience in sisal and horticulture will be an add
- Work with minimum supervision
- Can work with people of very diverse back ground
