The mater hospital comprehensive care clinic in partnership with the Christian health organization of Kenya is seeking to fill the following positions

Medical officer

Main responsibilities

• Will be eporting to the medical Directors and working closely with the project manager
• Capacity building and networking with other groups to achieve better results
• Counseling of patients and relatives
• Coordinate clinical care for patients
• Follow up on patient to the community through health workers and care Givers
• Organize and participate actively in CMEs on various aspects of HIV/AIDS management

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in medicine and bachelor of surgery
• BLS, ACLS and training in HIV/AIDS management
• Have at least 2 years of working experience and exposure on HIV/AIDS
• Great counseling and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make quick and solid decisions
