A rapid expanding local commercial bank with a country wide network is looking to maintain and enhance its leading position in the industry through the recruitment of field officers agent banking
The candidates should be energetic individuals who have a passion and flair for sales as well as self driven and result oriented. The ideal candidate should also be able to work with minimum supervision. Should also be able to meet and exceed agent targets.
Main duties includes
Reporting to the head, agent banking in the alternative banking channels Department
Will push the transaction at the agent and merchant location by ensuring optional services delivery by all agents, their other outlets and braches while at the same time organizing and conducting frequent training for agents and merchants
Minimum requirements
Minimum of a C+ in KCSE and overall grade, C+ in mathematics and English
Should be computer literate
Degree or a diploma or a certificate in business development related field will be an added advantage
Age is 28 years and below
Those with motor cycle driving license will have an added advantage
Those applicants with a previous experience in a financial institution will be an added advantage
Excellent communication skills and both oral and written
