Currently we seek to recruit for the position of program coordinator governance. The coordinator will report to the unit program manager. Also will design and manage implementation of program units

Qualification
- At least three years experience in a similar position or in an NGO set up
- Bachelor degree in social science
- Experience in rights based programming
- Experience in partnership building, advocacy and networking
- Excellent negotiation, facilitation, administration and communication skills
- Understanding of RBA development and participatory approaches
- Strong management skills and a faster grasper of programming concepts
- Budget management, monitoring and report writing
