Have the ablility to monitor food costing
Documenting food related files
Food production ( Chinese, Japanese, Indian or bakery pastry production
Personal attributes
Should be a great team player
Ability to work under pressure
Creative
Very flexible
Educational and professional qualifications
O level education
Should have hard a formal training in food production and bakery or Pastry or related training
Experience
At least three years expereice in a busy kitchen or Bakery
Have experience in Japanese, Chinese or Japanese Cuisine
Those with international exposure will have an added advantage.
Those with working knowledge or experience in Navision definite advantage they have
