Responsibilities
- Report to the enterprise director
- Provide high quality customer service
- Keep commitment in a timely manner and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor competitive products and provide information on marketing strategy and consider client reactions
- Introduce additional solutions and services so as to expand sales in existing accounts, develop new application that will help in implementation of marketing strategy
- Come up with market potential by qualifying accounts and initiating sales process by prospecting, appointing and making initial presentation will understanding business need
- A degree in information technology, business or marketing
- Three years in a similar position
- Should have ability to execute results and meet deadlines
- An enthusiastic person who is highly motivated and can work well under pressure
- Knowledge in telephone networking, data entry, wireless connectivity, visualization and storage
System Support Engineer or Consultant
Duties
- Report to Technical manager
- Liaise with new clients, installations and build new systems
- Break fault against contractual SLAs, diagnosis defaults, monitor vendor hardware and operate support predominantly
- Monitor unix, windows, applications issues and software upgrades
Skills and qualifications
- University degree in computer science or an equivalent degree
- Microsoft MCSE or Cisco certified network professional or equivalent network certificate
- Be keen to details, timeline efficient, personally organized
- Able to work under pressure and deliver on time
- Able to work through complex requirement
- Support engineering experience of three years with storage or servers and installation
- Be a team player but have that firm personality and show flexibility any time needed
- Multi vendor Hardware break fix or support skills covering HP, Sun, IBM and Dell malfunction
- HP, IBM, SUN or Dell hardware certification and experience will be required
