The kikuyu water company limited is incorporated under the companies act (cap 486) and it is an agent appointed by Athi Water Service board (AWSB) for the efficient and economical provision of water and sewerage services within township and its environs 

Currently the company is recruiting for the position of a procurement officer. The ideal candidate will be reporting to the finance and Admin Manager. He or she is expected to add value to the procurement section and the main responsibilities will be planning and coordination of procurement services. Will be there to enforce procurement policies and regulations and take control of procurement processes. 



Qualifications
  • A Diploma in purchase and supply management from a well renowned institution
  • Have the knowhow of the public procurement act and regulations

  • Will be reporting to the supply head, main role will be to ensure cataloging requests and inventory tasks are processed according to base Titanium procedure.
  • Key responsibilities include.
  • Help in the development of catalogue
  • Give help in stock replenishment
  • Carry out regular stock taking  
  • Liaison with the end user departments on requirements for major consumable and shutdowns
  • Monitoring and continue reviewing of every aspect of the catalogue activities
  • Managing backlog
