Responsibilities

• Will carry out the duties of preparing monthly /quarterly /annual financial reports within specified deadlines and prescribed format.
• Handle bank reconciliations, fixed assets registers, monthly financial reports, maintain student data and funding request
• Ensure timely closing of the general ledger
• Will coordinate the annual external audit and the internal and grant audits if this information is required.

Educational qualifications

Have a degree in finance or an equivalent

Have ACCA or CPA (k) qualifications.

The suitable candidate will be reporting to the senior superintendent, he or she will be fully responsible for the safety and operation of open pit and Dozer trap mining operations on all shift basis.

• Carry out the construction of rehabilitation jobs.
• Be the planner and establish mining and dozer trap operations on a shift by shift basis.
• Give out all the best procedures of safety operations
• Ensure good network with the community

As the first line customer liaison, the primary role is to:-

To ensure that our agents handle customers inquiries promptly, efficiently and professionally to fulfill the call center’s expectations and meet the set service and sales target

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform investigation on general queries, complaints and follow up with other supporting departments
• Actively participate in process improvement meetings as required
• Prepare daily end shift reports
• Contact clients and confirm receipt of renewal notices received before renewal date in line with script
• Confirm client information and update on CRM.
• Propose premium financing options to client in line with Company policy for late renewals and recoveries.
• Flag follow ups and book appointments with clients
