The Coast Water Service Board is a state Corporation in the Ministry of water and Irrigation. It was formed in accordance with the approved water Act 2002. The main mandate of the Board is to ensure the provision of enough water and sewerage services within the coastal region.

The Engineers will be reporting to the technical service Manager.

Duties and responsibilities will include the following:

• Preparation of bidding documents for goods and works and any other duty as one may be assigned to.
• Carry out the duties of reviewing reports that are deigned.
• Monitoring and supervision of projects
• Be able to prepare progress reports
• Must carry out the bid reports evaluations and prepare a report.
• Be part of the team that will prepare and plan and design water and sewerage projects.
• Preparation and review of TORs and RFPs for hiring of consultancy services for projects
• Be able to prepare contractors and consultants payments

• Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering
• 10 years proven record in a large civil works
• Have a 4 year supervisory experience.
