Reporting to the project manager and the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities
- Assist in the clinical team on the daily provision of medical care.
- Coordinate community follow up of patients initiated on antiretroviral drugs through community partners, volunteers
- Encourage adherence and provide counseling to patients and caregivers
- Be active participants in reach out campaigns and education on prevention and living with HIV/AIDS
Educational qualification
- Diploma in Nursing
- 2 years working experience and exposure in HIV/ AIDS will be an added advantage
- Must have genuine interest in community work
