A well established hospitality organization in Nairobi, wishes to recruit a Maitre D executive and a housekeeper
Maitre D
- Responsibilities
- Manage all the dinning facilities activities and providing world class dining experience
- Financial analysis, planning, revenue forecasting and maintain costs
- Maintain stocks and inventory and ordering supplies
Qualifications
- A degree in hospitality, hotel management or an equivalent
- Minimum five years experience in a five star hotel
Competence
- Able to maintain effective interrelationship and passion for quality customer service
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good technical skills in food and wines
Executive Housekeeper
- Excellent knowledge in house keeping procedures, equipments and chemicals
- Excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Effective management of housekeeping functions and accommodation facilities
- Financial analysis, planning, revenue forecasting and maintain costs
- Maintain legal and regulatory compliance in SHE, OSHA standards
Qualifications
- A degree I housekeeping or hospitality or an equivalent
- Five years experience as housekeeping manager in a five star hotel
