Housekeeper and Maitre Jobs

A well established hospitality organization in Nairobi, wishes to recruit a Maitre D executive and a housekeeper

Maitre D

• Responsibilities
• Manage all the dinning facilities activities and providing world class dining experience
• Financial analysis, planning, revenue forecasting and maintain costs
• Maintain stocks and inventory and ordering supplies

Qualifications

• A degree in hospitality, hotel management or an equivalent
• Minimum five years experience in a five star hotel

Competence

• Able to maintain effective interrelationship and passion for quality customer service
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good technical skills in food and wines

Executive Housekeeper

Competence

• Excellent knowledge in house keeping procedures, equipments and chemicals
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Effective management of housekeeping functions and accommodation facilities
•  Financial analysis, planning, revenue forecasting and maintain costs
• Maintain legal and regulatory compliance in SHE, OSHA standards

Qualifications

• A degree I housekeeping or hospitality or an equivalent
• Five years experience as housekeeping manager in a five star hotel
