Aga Khan Service Kenya seeks a qualified, purely
motivated and well coordinated individual to facilitate its Management
activities for 11 schools in Kenya.
Main
roles includes
- Carry out regular inspections on all facilities
- Carry out the coordination and maintenance of all works
- Over seeing cleaning and security services contracts
- Managing contacts for all large facilities enhancements and repair works across the eleven schools
Educational
qualifications
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Civil structural engineering as well as a quantity survey certification
- Have knowledge in construction standards
- Also construction law and regulations is required
- Five years experience least
